Smudge wonderful tool to paint effects, using thick brush in Photoshop
Select the tool and duplicate your photo layer. Make sure Sample All Layers is ticked and Finger Painting isn’t in the Options bar.
In the Brushes palette, choose a tip from the Thick Heavy Brushes set, and brush over your image, following the object’s form.
